Beautiful vase with copper structure and fire enamelling with floral motifs and striking yellow color. Design by L. Dubois for Limoges around 1920-30s. Signed 'L.Dubois'. It is a rare piece since its design and production in Limoges is from the same period in which other great enamel artists such as Camille Fauré, Jules Sarlandie, Henriette Marty or Paul Bonnaud worked on others. Today there are very few examples of vases designed by Dubois.
The condition is quite good for its age although it has some chips or paint breaks in the enamel. See images with details marked in red circle. In any case, the damage is inconspicuous and does not prevent it from looking beautiful.
